Probiotics are good germs. Your body is an ecosystem with countless bacteria aiding digestion, manufacturing food for the body, killing unfriendly bacteria and balance with fungi. When our ecosystem is out of balance, the body's defence mechanism may not function properly, candidiasis occur and you may end up having your digestive system. Probiotics, a dose of good germs, can be a recently recognized answer to some of our problems.
